Chef Rachel founded The Jazzy Flamingo with the idea of bringing her soulful recipes to the forefront of the local Southern California real food movement. We specialize in using wild caught/free range and always fresh ingredients to create home cooked meals that are delicious, healthful and oh so satisfying.
